Assemble the Left Forefinger

Step 1

Lay out the Forefinger Parts and Forefinger Tip, as shown:

Steps 2-7
  • Fit a Plastic Sleeve over a Finger Joint Connector
  • Then, fit the connector through the holes of the first knuckle junction, joining the Finger Parts
  • Dab a little super glue on a Finger Joint Pin and and fit it into the end of the Finger Joint Connector, securing the joint
  • Repeat this process from the other side on the next knuckle
  • Repeat this process one more time from the other side on the last knuckle
  • Super glue the Left Finger Tip on the end of the Left Hand Finger Parts

Steps 8-10

Retrieve your Left Hand assembly from the previous issue.

Using the Finger Joint Connector (large), Plastic Sleeve (large), and the remaining Pin, secure it to this joint of the hand, as shown.

Again, I used the modded screws for this attachment:

Step 11

Fit the three Left Wrist Ball Joints to the matching holes of the Left Hand, as shown.

The posts and holes here have flattened sides to help keep the ball joints from rotating:

Step 12

Secure the ball joints to the Left Hand with three (3) KB 2×6 mm screws, one for each:

Thoughts
