Attach the Left Foot, and Begin Construction on the Chest

Step 1

Retrieve your T-800 endoskeleton and place it face down. Retrieve your Left Foot assembly from the previous issue and fit the D-shaped post of the large Left Ankle Part joint on the foot into the matching Lower Leg Part of the left leg, as shown:

Steps 2-3

Align this screw hole and secure these parts together with one (1) 1.7×6 mm PB screw, as shown:

Step 4

Push the sockets on the end of the Lower Left Leg Connectors (tendons) onto the matching ball joints at the rear of the foot, as shown:

Step 5

Take the two longer Chest Attachments and push a Socket onto the ‘ball’ end of each, as shown:

Step 6

Take the two shorter Chest Attachments and push a Socket onto the ‘ball’ end of each, as shown:

Step 7

Apply a small amount of super glue to the tip of the Socket end of a shorter Chest Attachment, then press it fully into this hole of the Left Chest Panel (marked ‘L’), as shown:

Step 8

Apply a small amount of super glue to the tip of the Socket end of a longer Chest Attachment, then press it fully into this hole of the Left Chest Panel (marked ‘L’), as shown:

Step 9

Repeat the two previous steps to add the remaining Chest Attachments to the Right Chest Panel (marked ‘R’), as shown:

Thoughts


I am excited to finally be starting to build the chest of our Terminator! I was hoping more of it would be metal, but so far it is all plastic.
